Thank you for visiting. I would love to offer a space for your practice. Take your time looking around and please contact me with any questions you may have. My hope is to empower you with your personal journey.

Mindfulness is in many forms: breath, movement, thinking, emotions, spiritual, mental... Finding a balance in life is where I would like to work with you. There are many ways to do this and may include movement, breath work, meditation, mindfulness, mantra, lifestyle adaptations, philosophy, Yoga Nidra, and so much more. I hope you will take some time to explore and find balance. Please contact me with any questions.


Mindfulness Offerings

Introduction Session (15 minutes)  ***FREE

Let's talk and see if we are a good fit to work together therapeutically! Learn what Yoga Therapy is and any other questions you may have.. 

Yoga Therapy Session (75-90 minutes)  ***sliding scale $40-$120

Package pricing available for 5 sessions and 10 sessions

This service includes a personalized session to work with your unique self where you are at. 

During your first session, we will explore where you are now, any physical limitations or health concerns, and  where you hope to go with your practice. We will then work on a session just right for your lifestyle, time, and concerns. At our first session, an interview and assessments will be done to be able to look at the body as a whole system. A practice session will be given for you with a scheduled follow up session a week later.

In the sessions that follow, we will work as a team to assess where you are at in your practice and how you are feeling.  Your practice may change or we may continue with the same practice to develop sthira (steadiness) and sukha (ease). 

When you attend your session, wear clothing that is comfortable for movement. You are welcome to bring your own mat and props, but I will have any props you may need to work with.  If we are working on Zoom, I will have suggestions of items you can use at home. 

Yoga Therapy Follow-Up Session (15-30 minutes)  ***Free

This free session is a follow-up a week after our first session to check-in on your practice and any questions you may have. 

Private Yoga Session (1 hour)  *sliding scale $20-60

This service includes a personalized session to work with your unique self where you are at. Sound included with savasana if you choose.  

Group Yoga Session (60-75 minutes)  

Invite a few friends to join you on a yoga journey!  Sessions end with singing bowls and savasana. Call to discuss the logistics and pricing.  

Sound Therapy Session  

During your session, you will fill out an intake form to let me know of any health concerns, discuss your intention for this session, and ask any questions you may have. I will explain the sounds you may hear and then we will begin. After your sound session, you will take a moment to absorb the resonance of the singing bowls and join me for a cup of hot tea or water. We can then discuss anything about the session or just sit and enjoy the effects of your session!

1 hour session (includes intake and sound, (tea/water**when in person)) $60

A little about Tammy...

Tammy is a Yoga Therapist registered with International Association of Yoga Therapists and a 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance. She has also completed 26 hours in Himalayan Singing Bowl Therapy and Techniques with Everitt Allen. She enjoys teaching yoga, in person or on Zoom, to all abilities and all body types. Her passion is teaching chair yoga to the aging community as well as those with Alzheimer's, Dementia, and disabilities and believes yoga should be accessible to everyone in a nurturing, safe environment. Learning and sharing have always been a passion! Yoga has given Tammy a new way to work with injuries, pain, and general well being over the last 6 years. She has a fascination with the use of movement and sound to replenish the body, mind, and spirit!
